LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Coaching Sessions

The LEGO® Serious Play® experience tailored to your needs

Discovery Session (1 hour) – We start with a focused conversation with the team lead or manager to define the core challenge and set clear objectives.
Collaborative Build Session (2–4 hours) – Up to 8 participants engage in hands-on exploration, sharing perspectives and co-creating actionable insights.
Empowered Follow-Up (1.5 hours) – We reconvene to reinforce key takeaways and support the team in implementing their next steps.

How we work together

We begin with a preparatory meeting to define the challenge, set expectations, and craft a key question for the team.
On the day of the build session, I arrive with a bag full of LEGO®. After a quick warm-up, participants build individual responses to the question, which are then combined into a shared solution that everyone buys into.
The session concludes with defining key actions, assigning responsibilities, and setting timelines.
Two weeks later, we hold a virtual follow-up to ensure progress is on track
