After years as an international project manager in the automotive industry, I sought a more inclusive way to engage with teams. Faced with challenges in team interaction, I discovered LEGO Serious Play through Michel Fearne at Pivotal Play and trained as a facilitator in 2018.

The methodology continues to amaze me. It’s rewarding to see the "aha" moments where play and storytelling create understanding, helping teams succeed and individuals reach their goals. In individual or small group settings, LEGO Serious Play unlocks creativity, experience, and knowledge.
